ThinG-Z.COM (pronounced as "THINGS") is the brainchild of Ching Sze, based here in San Francisco, California. All concepts and designs are put together by him. "Simplicity is the key, many designs on the web are pretty much too busy and takes a basic web surfer running in circles", C. Sze. "The interface is so important to grab attention of the web surfer, keeping it clean and to the point." Therefore, we have designed 2 parts of this website, a Basic Entry for slower modems (which most of people have), and a Intense Entry which is graphically dowsed for users who have the bandwidth or for people who don't mind waiting for larger pages to load.

Multimedia Consultant

I have always dabbled in art since I was a kid, due to the influence of my family that have always been around and in art. A large factor was my father, he was the true eye opener for the infant eye that I had. From watching the intricate designs/concepts and time consuming process he showed me that we take for granted these days with technology. I realised that we have to go back to basics of clean, clear and simplicity in art to achieve the ultimate goal of getting the point across in all sorts of media.

I have been on the information bandwagon since the 1990s when I first setup my BBS (Bulletin Board Service), which in turn drew me into the WWW. Networking and computer hardware also plays a big role in my computer expertise. Currently at my own home, I run 4 machines which I have custom built for specific projects and applications, networked via NT server (playing games is also a factor). My vast knowledge is not only limited to design concepts and computer hardware/software, but also in foreign language like Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese. I have also tasted a variety of cultures world wide as I have worked/lived in Japan, London, Italy, Singapore, Hawaii and now San Francisco, thus having a flair of various concepts and visions for targeting audiences in all parts of the world.

I keep myself updated with the latest in technology in all industries, attending conferences like Seybold, MacWorld, Comdex, Siggraph, DV Expo and other IT related seminars.

Other interests includes South Park, playing the piano & guitar when stressed, loves Grand Theft Auto and all network games and real surfing (surf dakine cuz).
